I’ve been a fan of Jessica Katoff’s work for 3 years now. I’ll buy anything she puts out. I was lucky enough to get an advanced e-copy of her upcoming release and I have a signed paperback on pre-order! (www.jessicakatoff.com)
In Words You Will Never Read Katoff speaks of longing, regret, loss, and other intense emotions. Many poems, to me, read like those 3am texts you know you shouldn’t send, so you hastily delete them before you can regret saying all that you’ve kept inside. We’ve all felt these emotions and Katoff has a unique way of saying things so many cannot. I highly recommend this collection to anyone who reads poetry, and anyone who has thought about giving poetry a chance.
